get that perfect beauty sleep

Bedtime is my favorite time of day. I literally wake up and am already excited to go to bed that night. If I'm not out shopping or eating or working, you can find me in my bed chilling. I actually love working from bed and also have been watching (binging) Grey's Anatomy. So, since I spend so much time in bed and LOVE sleeping (and naps omg), I've put together the best nighttime routine to get you ready for that perfect beauty sleep.

PRE-SHOWER:

I start with the Take My Face Off– I love The Makeup Mitty which is beyond soft and I just clean them whenever I do my laundry! The Apricot Kernal Oil. Then I use the Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cleanser in the shower to take all my makeup off and wash my face.

POST-SHOWER:

I put on my Provisions Align and use my Skin Gym Rose Quartz Facial Roller and roll my face in upward motions for about 10-20 minutes. It's the most amazing feeling and it de-puffs, prevents wrinkles, reduces undereye circles and eliminates toxins. Also, did you know that Rose Quartz promotes crystal healing which gives you positive energy.

I then use the Goop Replenishing Night Cream– I’ve never used a night cream or felt the need to, however, Janet Gunn gave me this to try out and now I use it every night. It hydrates, smoothes and prevents the wrinkles I hope I don’t get for a long time!

Last but not least, add some comfy PJs and take one of the Zzzquil Melatonin Gummies. These babies taste like lavender and lemon and are soooo delish and help you sleep like a baby. I'm addicted, whoops. I also love the Vick's Pure Zzzs Soothing Aromatherapy Balm to rub on my chest and shoulders. It smells amazing and also calms anxiety. I love spritzing my pillows and sheets with Provision's Dream Extract  (SOOO good).

It's not rocket science, but it's perfect and the best part of the day, literally. (Am I pathetic or smart?!)
