what i buy at Whole Foods
Whole Foods is my jam. They have everything you could imagine would be gluten-free and more. Seriously, everything. Let's be real though, I don't go to Whole Foods often, as it is pretty expensive, but when I do, I ball out and get some amazing things.
WHAT I BUY:
Califa Farms Toasted Coconut Almondmilk- I put this in milkshakes, smoothes, or just drink on it's own. SOOO delicious.
Annie's Organic Mac & Cheese and Alfredo Shells & Cheddar- YUM
POW! Mac & Cheese- White Cheddar Shells- Because who doesn't want more mac in their life?!
Pacific Bone Broth- THE BEST THING EVER. enough said
Papa Steve's No Junk Raw Protein Bars- Beyond delicious. If I have one of these, they fill me up for hours! They have incredible flavors too.
Mamma Chia- Seed Your Soul- These come in little squeezy packets and make the perfect snack.
GoodBelly Probiotics- The Cranberry Watermelon Flavor is delish- and good for your stomach and digestive system! WIN WIN
Bragg- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Drink with Pomegranate-Goji Berry- So good for you. I like to have a tiny bit every day as it is strong, but good for detox and weight loss.
Glutino- Gluten-free pretzels, duh. I love to dip these in literally everything.
Nature's Healthy Gourmet Artichoke Spinach Dip- A healthy version of the best dip ever
Yogi Tea- I love all of their teas- my faves include Mango Ginger, Relaxed Mind (necessary) and Detox.
Coco-Roons- The Original Superfood Cookie- I like the Strawberry flavor and just have one or two when I need a little somethin' somethin'.
Banza Chickpea Pasta- It is gluten and grain-free! I like to mix it with some veggies and a light pesto or pasta sauce.
Harmless Coconut Water- Beyond delicious.
Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burgers and Kale Puffs- These veggie burgers take less than 10 minutes to make and are delicious. I like eating them on their own with a side of more veggies or with a bowl of gluten-free mac & cheese. The Kale Puffs make great little appetizers or a light snack!
Fruitty Popsicles- The Coconut Joy flavor is sooo yummy, but really all their flavors are bomb.
Udi's Gluten-Free Pizza- PIZZA. done.
Siete Chips- Obsessed with the nacho flavor, but they also have lime and sea salt (both soooo good)
Ground Turkey and Chicken Breasts- Essentials.
Red peppers, zucchini noodles, sweet potato noodles- Veggies are necessary.
