hitting those New Year's resolutions with HUM

I’m a big fan of HUM Nutrition and love their variety of supplements for various needs (hair, skin, nails, collagen, etc)! You can read my initial thoughts on them HERE.

In this new year I have many resolutions and I’m really excited to see how many I can stick to and see how they make a difference in my life. One of these resolutions is to be as healthy as possible. I want to create a skincare routine, and a supplement routine. I vow to stick to a supplements routine (instead of forgetting a LOT) and being the healthiest version of me that I can be. It’s easy to stick to a good routine with HUM supplements as they have SO many amazing ones for literally every need.

MY FAVORITES:

Collagen Pop: This one contains tablets that you put in your water, tea, etc. (I love putting them in my Starbucks White Peach Tea in the mornings). They help improve the elasticity of your skin, boost collagen, and also the tablets taste delicious (like rose and lemon!) Studies show, that if you take these for at least 4-8 weeks, you will see improvement in wrinkles (or prevention), fine lines and hyper-pigmentation. Your skin will also be a lot smoother. Literally, so easy right?!

Flatter Me: This one helps you achieve a flatter stomach. This is something I struggle with daily…no matter how often I workout or eat well, my stomach just won’t go flat. It’s tough to deal with and I’m really looking forward to seeing how this helps. You take 1 capsule 2 times a day with food. I like to take it right in the morning and then after dinner before my shower.

Daily Cleanse: This supplement helps clear your body and skin from toxins. It cleanses your skin, liver, bowel, kidneys and lungs. I think we all need this in our lives. For this supplement, you take 2 capsules a day, any time and without food. This I like to take in the morning as well, right after I wash my face!

Skinny Bird: This one is called the “All Natural Weight Loss Program” and you only have to take 1 capsule, 3 times a day, 3o minutes before food. This one might be hard to remember, so I recommend putting it in your purse or bag and carrying it with you all day. It will reduce stress eating, boost your metabolism and curb your appetite. YES!

Hair Sweet Hair: These come in gummy form that taste so good. You take 2 every morning and it will help your hair grow strong and long! I have pretty thin hair, so I’m looking forward to seeing how this improves mine!
